Everybody’s second favourite musical Kurt, brings his band to Rockefeller on Thursday. A founder member of The War on Drugs, and 6 albums into his solo career Vile has his indie pedigree in order. For fans of the aforementioned band as well as Pavement, Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen. Support comes from Brooklyn two-piece Lushes.
Legendary post-rock band Godspeed You! Black Emperor play their first club concert in Oslo since 2002, off the back of their universally acclaimed new album “Asunder, Sweet and Other Distress” which came out in March 2015.
The latest in Parkteatret’s Yngling concert series features Norwegian indie darlings Team Me with support from newcomers Whales and This Lake who were just announced as one of the demo bands for by:Larm 2016. Concert for the kids at 6pm and a grownup concert at an appropriate hour later the same night.
