As a part of the Øya festival‘s club program, Jaeger serves up some real goodies. Emile The Duke, Vilde Tuv and Trist Pike are playing live, and new material has been promised. Later on a great selection of DJs, like Ando Woltmann, Ådne Meisfjord and Kari Jahnsen, are playing. Out of all the venues in Oslo offering live shows this night, this is the one to prioritize!
Jaeger Oslo, Grensen 9
KUUK is playing at Blitz again, and this time they do so to raise funds for Skeiv Verden, an organization for gay, bisexual, trans- and queer people of minority background. Hard knock lyrics, great stage presence and a squeaky clean conscience. Why not?
Also playing are Hysj, delivering noisetechno punk of the highest quality. Fun!
Cafe Blitz, Pilestredet 30
Dreamy danish duo, Blondage, formerly known as Rangleklods, is playing dirty, deliscious club pop at Ingensteds. Their last show in Oslo, at Dattera, was great fun – Lets hope this will be even better. See you there!
Space disco legend Lindstrøm released his newest EP «Windings» just a couple of weeks ago and is ready to take Parkteatret by storm. Playing the same night are also Jerry Folk and Olefonken.
Jerry, merely 20 years of age, is doing quite well internationally with his melodic house mixed with more organic sounds.
Olefonken recently released his album «Til Hanne» with a warm, funky quality clearly influenced by his upbringing in Africa.
Last day of Øyafestivalen and time to release every last drop of energy. Parkteatret whips up the perfect ending to a great booking series: Unge Ferrari, Michel Dida and Erik Lundin.
Catchy, uncomplicated and widely loved, Unge Ferrari has been touring the festivals all summer with radio favorites such as «Vanilje» and «Lianer». Along with him are Swedish hip hop word smiths Michel Dida and Erik Lundin. Predicting sweaty, sticky dance floors!
